On the subject of QPR/playoffs

Just thought i'd de lurk to suggest that bumping QPR to the playoffs would be very unfair on the teams finishing 4th-6th. QPR are a cut above us and Cardiff and would therefore be much harder to beat - I'm sure the teams in and around the playoffs would far rather play us or Cardiff than them.

QPR also have a smaller ground meaning less away tickets.

Plus you make money being in the playoffs - it's daft to punish a club by giving them a chance to make money.

Therefore I think IF QPR are found guilty on all charges they'll get booted down to 7th. The only team that could reasonably object to that would be QPR themselves. (Who wouldn't be able to refuse to take part in the playoffs and so delay them).

On the other hand a guy I work with thinks they'll get 20 points off next year plus no sky or parachute money - which would be a lot less complicated than taking points from this season
