it does always seem rosier looking in on others though

it's the way that charlton, middlesborough and crewe, for example, all want their managers replaced but no-one outside the clubs can understand why at all. Same with us, if you asked any non-Norwich fans, they would say Worthington has done an unbeliveably fantastic job, but some Norwich fans want him out. Only a team's supporters can really judge the merits of a manager because they see his workings inside out - not just the media coverage of them. We all know worthy's limitations but have no idea of Dowie's, but I bet a Palace fan could list a whole load of them.
