KM obviously hasn't forgotten Wills 'indiscretions'. However, KM's parents seem to have advised her to play the long game because the rewards would be massively more than a kiss n tell in a newspaper.

It seems to me as if she is playing a game and that once that wedding ring is on her finger, she will be the one in charge.

Wills doesn't seem all that into her. He doesn't trust people and is with her because she didn't blab to the press when they split up.

Wills will stray again.
