leaving Wessi out for a few games and starting Lansbury / McNamee / Surman instead. Starting Wilbraham and Holt together with Martin and Jackson on the bench etc. Didn't he even once do a Wilbraham and Holt 4-4-2 formation with Wessi on the bench ?

He seems to have his tactical substitutions already in his mind and brings them on at the time when he thinks the opponent won't be able to deal with the change, and he often seems to be right.
