Had one last night, in fact.

Pyramid-shaped to get everything started, then spread out under the grill when flames have stopped and everything has a fine white coat of ash.

Add steak. Mmmm. Tasty, tasty steak!

Then throw on some apples with sugar and cinnamon, wrapped in foil, for dessert. Serve avec ice cream.

Copious social lubricant* is required throughout this process.
