my admiration for paul lambert cranked up yet another notch last night

he is the real deal and no mistake, when interviewed on 5 live he was asked if he ever criticised his players publically and he stated that it was not in his nature and he would never do it. he then went on the acknowledge the contribution of the doh and rusty who he felt had contributed massively to the league one campaign but were not part of future plans at carrow rd adn sadly he had to let them go elsewhere. he still appreciates those guys efforts long after they left.

i saw the sad and sorry sight of the doh trudge out for the ressies against southend the night he wrote in the edp that his norwich career was all but dead. he bust a gut that night in front of a 1000 normals and lambo subsequently gave him a break back into the team. that's magnificent management.
