(I knew it wasn't Cambridge - but did have to google it)
On the subject of attendances, Jack Hargraves emailed in for Chelsea's lowest attendance, recalling a gate of he thinks was about 6900 against Cambridge around 1983/4.
That match would have been the 2-1 win near the start of a promotion winning campaign when 14,425 came. I suspect Jack is thinking of the game against Orient in the 1981/82 season when just 6,009 watched. That is Chelsea's lowest post-war crowd. The lowest ever was 3,000 against Lincoln in 1906.
