I rung up to make a blood donation appt last night.

Her: "There's a session near you on the 29th - that's the Royal Wedding. I can do morning or afternoon. Oh you won't want a morning appointment will you? You'll miss the wedding."

Me: "A morning appointment will be fine. About 11?"

Her (I detected a slight note of incredulity): "Are you sure?"

Me: "Quite sure."
