I think he would take a a different approach to many; I think for a start he would give many currently at the club a proper chance to make it. Problem is that the Prem does not feel like a better version of the Champ (as used to be the case in the days of Div 1/Div 2 - yeah, I'm aging myself); it feels like a different thing altogether, a thing that i don't really like very much! But we have no choice .....
