There is a famous story here in Wales.

About a woman giving birth who wanted her daughter to be given the chance to be fully immersed in Welsh language and culture because she never got the opportunity to learn the language etc. During the birth it became important for her to have a Welsh name for her daughter. She pointed to a sign and said i like that what's that? The sign said Allan tan. She said she wanted that as her daughters name. I'm sure she is the only "Fire Exit" in her school.
