Bloke here tore his calf muscle a couple of weeks ago playing footer.

All black and swolen with internal bleeding, it's one of the rankest things I've ever seen.

He's getting around OK now, and it looks much better. He knows one of the physios at Sheff Utd, so he's in good hands.
