Its a 20 min walk to the station and the trains are frequent

as long as you dont hang about you should be ok to get to Euston well before 11pm. Euston is only 20 min on tube from Liv St or quicker in a cab.
If the trains run on time then you should be ok for the 11:30pm back to Norwich.
