Swansea never looked under significant pressure. We seemed to be expecting to same space afforded by Scunthorpe last week which was never going to happen. We improved in the second half but that's mostly because Swansea were happy to sit back on the two goals.
One thing it does show is the value of a player like Borini who can score such a stunning free kick. Swansea only really got going after that went in, sadly that is one element that seems to be missing from our side. Also, does anything think the wall could have done a bit more? It seemed like one half jumped and the other (which the ball went over) just stood there. I'm not saying they would have stopped it, but you've got to try.
Obviously Watford is now a massive game. It seems like Lambert does have a great way of picking players up after a defeat, which is a reason to stay positive.
