Lambert needs a tactical rethink at half time

The diamond isn't working here against Swansea. Our full backs are leaving too much space for Sinclair and Dyer to exploit and the movement of the swansea CF is too much for Ward and Whitbread. Surman and Lansbury have been anonymous and Holt is looking a little bit isolated at times.

Maybe go 4-3-3 with Vokes, Holt and Jackson up top, with Fox, Crofts and Lansbury in central midfield.
