Goe's into a solo sport such as boxing and tennis. Two good friends are pro boxers and the way they train is unbelievable, and how strict they are with their diet is crazy! Very much the same with tennis too! I'd agree Nadal is certainly up there, But Mayweather takes world class boxers and makes them look like amateurs!!
