"Mr Retch of Fartville was walking his dog along the beach near his Scratby home when he saw a "commotion" out to sea.
"It was a few feet out to sea, maybe a mile. I saw a seagull take off very quickly, then a wave broke. It was a Great White Shark, no doubt about it. Thirty feet long and with great bloodsoaked teeth. I am not walking on the beach again, they come on the land sometimes you know. Something ought to be done about it. I'm a pensioner. I didn't fight in two World Wars to see Jap sharks off the coast near Scratby"
