Agreed. They knowlingly cheated. Its a farce they won't be punished, its a farce they

were allowed to quietly register him correctly.

As soon as it was discovered they should have been told he could not play, and the points deduction applied within weeks of that points.

THEN give them the opportunity to register him correctly.

As it is, all the FA/FL have done is say "Break this rule all you like people, we'll do nothing of any consequence to you".

Saddens me we've reached a point where wilful cheating is allowed to pass.
