What PL and his team do, they learn.

They learn from each game, each experience, each mistake.
He doesn't have the arrogance that stops him from being able to admit he's got something wrong (i.e. playing 3 at the back). If he see's his tactics are not working, he changes it, learns from his error and doesn't repeat it.
Its why we've done better in the 2nd half of both his seasons.

It why, if we do go up, we'll start slowly. PL and the management team have no Prem experience. They'll need to learn the little details of managing in the Prem.

The way our seasons pan out though shows us that they will. We improve because they, and the players, are learning all the time.

It will be the same in the Prem if we get there. The key will be for the fans to see this, and have patience with a slow start.
