In fact we had a brilliant strike partnership in 1998-1999 - Roberts and Bellamy were amazing, both individually and together.

It's just that we always had Grant, or Carey, or Fuglestad, or Brannan, or Marshall, or Forbes in midfield ...

Hmm ... amazing strikers, no decent midfielders, no promotion ... where's this going?
