saw him 1st three games and he didn't impress me but...

I've heard he's been good recently. He just reminded me a bit of holt - works his socks off but sometimes to little effect because for every ball he wins he gives away just as many. I admire his passion and work rate - things worthy likes but I wasn't sure if the quality was there - he made some terrible passing eras - school boy stuff. But saying that i recognise you can't always be pretty in this league - you need passiomate players in your team. So I willing to be open minded - what are your opinions on hughes?
