I've never understood how someone can kick other person in the head

while they are out on the floor.

Even people I really dislike, I can't ever imagine kicking them in the head while they are on the floor. You've knocked them out, leave it ffs!

Then again I wouldn't let my 10 year old shoot a gun or have sex with a daughter I had never met so maybe I am am a bit of a wrong'un.
