Could savory ice creams work?

So the summer is approaching, and I'm thinking of launching my enterprises into the Ice Cream business.

But I want to be unique.

Then the idea hit me. Savory ice cream. Forget vanilla and chocolate, I'm thinking Sausage flavour ice-cream, carrot flavour. Get your 5 a day from Gav. Burger, cheese the possibilities are endless.

Would you rather have boring vanilla or sensational sausage? Mundane Chocolate or Barmy Burger?

But would it work? Would you lads buy mine? Feedback appreciated.
