The short answer...

you'll need a new aerial on the roof. You can buy them for under ?20 at B&Q or Maplins etc. Best bet as your a student, but if you can't get access to the aerial, best getting a pro in to do it for you. He should also be able to help sort the spagetti situation of coax cable you've got going on.
