Reading PL's comments on PinkUn re: Managers and loyalty..totally agree

it is a two way thing and using PL as an example he's looking for financial security. Therefore he's proved his worth and we should offer him at least a 5 year contract...it all goes tits up he gets a good pay off and a bigger club come calling and we get decent compo. As it stands there's not much in the way of say a Villa approach.
