New shirt...

got the new home shirt when came to watch norwich plymouth, usually take xl but its a bit big! Has everyone just got the size below of is it designed to be huge or will it shrink in the wash!! Come on boys, i know u know the answers!!
And will i be able to exchange it if i decide it is too big cos i cant at moe!!
