broadband question

Used to run my own business - got a BT business package, with a btclick and btconnect email both of which I use a *lot* - registered to loads of sites with them.

Want to get a 50Mb fibre package now, can do that with BT or Virgin where I live. But I *must* keep the btclick email addy in particular (yes I know should get my own domain - but I haven't).

Which is better - BT or Virgin - and do I have a hope in hell of keeping my email after I change over?
