BBC Regions are on the box as standard with channel numbers up in the 900s.

ITV regions you have to add manually, knowing the frequencies and all that jibberjabber - but a quick googleage is all it takes to find out the right codes and numbers.

I expect you can do similar with a Virgin cable box.
