I think that Lambert instills much of the hunger into the players. As for Evans playing

in the Prem, he was only ever going to be a bit part player, especially with Man City bringing in Bellamy, Adebayor, Santa Cruz and Tevez. He was hardly ever going to get a good run of games, similar to Sturridge, now banging them in at Bolton.

Even in a poor Sheff Utd team this season, he's scored 9 league goals in 24 starts.

IMO I'd rather spend the money on Evans than CMS.
