The only bad things are you have to pay for it

and use your internet connection to upload the data. If your connection is no good, or the files are large, it might be optimal. It just depends how vital the data are.

The good is that it's off site, as Al said, most critical backups (eg company data) would not be stored all in one place, in case of fire/natural disaster/someone spills Ribena on it. I back everything up within my home PC, as there's nothing I can't live without - just old CVs and movies/photos
