All doom and gllom - I spotted a lad looking to jump off Breydon Bridge this morning!

over the wrong side of the safety barrier just looking down into the water around 07:20 - I didn't do a Phil Brown and talk him down but I did call the police - dunno if he jumped or not - nothing on the news yet

shook me up a little bit - hopefully it was just a cry for help!
