FAO Scruffy, WOTB

Just watched some of those vids of naga chillies. They do look a little spicy to say the least. Those people are in agony!
These really hot ones are good for making tabasco-style sauces. Just liquidise them, add salt and lots of vinegar and you're done. Even better if you let it ferment for a few months
