so no, they didn't

the payments to agents is not analogous to the Tevez affair - far easier for the League and FA to duck out of imposing a points deduction due to QPR having been deemed to have gained an unfair advantage by playing a player they shouldn't have been allowed to play.

that is how i reckon, in my very humble and cynical opinion, the FA and League will play it
