I have a theory.
The reason that you always fancy another Chinese half an hour after eating one is because your taste buds, attuned to Western foods, are crying out for something with some taste.
i maintain, if you're going to a Chinese restaurant for any unavoidable reason, take a bovril sarnie with you and snaff it in the lavs. Or anything with some flavour, basically.
