On the helpline go through the option that says you're planning on leaving. You get through to a helpful UK based team on a lot better phone line.
Right now our connection is awful and has been since before x-mas, the upgrade is scheduled for april 19th, I'm fuming but theres not much I can do. I'm not in Norwich by the way.
