Can't say I am a fan of this system

it's used in most if not all the league here in Latin America. Here in Chile they switched to a normal one season system and then switched back again FFS even though the other system was just as popular if not more so. Some years they have had play-offs to decide the winner of a league after one team had already won it really. Just like the PO's in England it's about keeping interest in the season alive for as long as possible.
