A Disciplinary Commission has today rejected a claim for wrongful dismissal from Leeds United with regard to David Healy.
He will therefore serve a three match suspension with immediate effect.
Healy was sent off for violent conduct during Leeds' match at QPR on Saturday 17 September.
The Commission also rejected a claim from Bournemouth regarding Joshua Gowling's dismissal for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity against Swindon Town on Saturday.
As a result, Gowling will serve a one match suspension with immediate effect.
A claim from Ipswich Town regarding Castro Sito's sending-off for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity at Norwich City on Sunday was upheld.
Sito will therefore not serve any suspension.
