he is basically a tory though

was a member of the conservative association at university. him, laws and the other orange bookers are basically tories but on the socially lib side of the conservative party

if he doesnt eventually join them itll just be because he thinks he'll have more power as lib dem leader. but hes basically a tory and always has been.
