Agree he was a poor appointment and a poor manager, but....

he made an arse of things and didn't walk until the very last minute. Should have realised he was way out of his depth much earlier. As for sell on clauses; the players affected might not have left had the team been playing well, or the atmosphere around the club been better and that was down to PG IMO!
