our mission there is a total shambolic failure. We have controlled Basra for 2 whole years and hostile forces still control the local police???? And we are supposedly preparing the country to be self-goverened? You'd think getting the police sorted out would be pretty high on the priority list? And I thought Basra was supposed to be an area where the genreal population were sympathetic to our cause. The words piss up and brewery are springing to mind.
