Your being grossly unfair and way too selective in your criticism...

We all have bad days at the office. Why should Flem be constantly flamed and villiied... it's Worthy's decision to pick him week in week out. Flem certainly can't single-handedly take the rap for every away defeat we've had in 16 months.
