sadly my ultra-pro company doesn't think we need an up-to-date copy of Tates, but I fetched the most recent copy we have and looked up Chile, and found this:

Vehicles

the only second-hand road vehicles which may be imported are ambulances, armoured cars, mobile homes, prison vans, street-cleaning and cement-making vehicles.

I'd make enquiries if i were you.
