Sadly, this is the one reason why we will not be promoted this season. Any Championship side aiming for the Premiership need to be disposing of Scunthorpe and Preston.

In the last fortnight we've held QPR to draw away from home despite playing most of the match with 10-men, and we beat a very good Cardiff side 2-1.

However, we have also lost 1-0 to lowly Scunthorpe who hadn't even won a game in 2011, and p*ssed two points away against bottom-placed Preston
