Who doesn't keep touch with reality and has an inflated opinion of himself. I think he spends too much time int he House of Commons.

As a northerner, am all for northern MPs but ones who seem to know a little about politics and the public.

Pickles' performance on Question Time talking about second homes was absolutely unbelievable.
