picked up a car from europcar in sarajevo

proper europcar agent. shows me car and says "ok, if have accident, first ring me, then ring police, here's my number okay?"

me "yup"

him "no forget okay, if have accident first to must ring me, then ring after the police".

me "okay"

him "after you ring me wait two minutes until i activate insurance and then you can ring police"

europcar probably don't know about this.
