my take on the leeds match......

not seen us play so badly this season in the first half - the defence were static, no one knew who was doing what, ruddy was glued to the line and leeds soon learnt to cross the ball in (path of least resistance from r martin!) knowing that no defender could actually win a header and ruddy wasnt going to move anyway! - f**king dreadful! When the defence got the ball they didnt know what to do with it and the number of times we lost it before it got above the half way line made me cringe! at 0-1 I would have happily taken that at half time, could have been 3-0 down.... then we scored! lol!

second half was like watching a different team....... wes truely took control, our best player by far..... even ruddy started to come off his line and catch the ball! much better all round......

best away crowd in yonks! first visit to elland road, quite disappointed - shabby, smaller than i imagined, and stuck in the 70's!!! not helped by us beingnear the back of the corner bit right next to the leeds fans, with a burst water pipe pouring gallons of cold water around everyones feet! ho-hum..... good day out though and happy with a point!
