Across international and club football, the Champions League final is probably the best and highest standard game of football you can get. It truly is, in terms of technical ability if not prestige, the very best that football can offer.

Now football is not an 'elite' spectator sport which is why, I imagine, people are so vexed - but on the basis of the actual product you are paying for, relative to different versions of that product available, I don't necessarily think that ?150 to ?200 is that far off.
