No nothing

I just booked an appointment over the phone and went to see them once last year.

They never said anything about charges and didn't write to me about them either. Nothing at all.

I got a bill this morning for hundreds of pounds. All they did was see me once at their office and they failed to reply to an email in time because they were away on holiday.

I am shocked because they never said anything about charges and they were of no help at all.

What should I tell them?
