and buy a lawnmower. You'll stop on the way home for your petrol, lug the thing down into your garden, put it together using their pathetic little diagrams and find the blades don't engage.

So you'll phone their helpline to be told "yeah, its a design fault, bring it back and get a refund"

So why the f**k are they selling that particular model?
