The 'discount' that Foulger was apparently given on his shares-purchase is pretty adjacent to the Holt Rebate sum he donated in the summer of 2009. Maybe that explains it.

Also note Foulger loaned NCFC ?1.1 million, to be repaid on the earliest of: 31.8.12, promo to the prem or D&M owning less than 30 per cent of the club.

And that third letter regarding a reduction in share-price - User Posted Link - I'm in Ralf's camp, didn't get it.
