I think I may have got the last two

A pal who lives in Norwich went down to the ticket office the day after the Millwall game and helped me out.

Not suprised it wasn't publicised much by NCFC, would have caused a right old bun fight about who got the cheap tickets. I think it was just first come first served, the guy who replied to my mail seemed almost embarressed that there were only ten. He was very helpful though as per normal.
